Travel is part of life in consulting, but we constantly strive to balance the needs of clients with what is best for our team so you can do what you enjoy and still have a life. When on site -- our consultants travel Monday mornings, and return home Thursdays -- so you have a real weekend. More and more, we are structuring our delivery approach to allow a one week on, one week off approach. It helps our consultants, and it saves our clients on ever increasing travel costs.
We have excellent compensation and benefits. Our consultants have industry leading salaries and participate in a bonus program that can earn them up to a 35% bonus every month! Our benefits include full medical, and three weeks paid time off annually.
