Presales Engineer

We have an immediate opportunity for a Presales Engineer to join our sales team. A Presales Engineer is a senior technical resource and solution expert for client engagements--responsible for the design of systems architectures and the design and scope of professional services to Evergreen Systems' clients. The Presales Engineer's primary responsibility is to serve as senior level sales support specialist, and to provide presales support to Sales Executives and the generation of architectures, proposals, and assist with responding to SOW, RFI, RFQ, and RFP requests.

Candidates must be willing to travel as this role will involve both pre-sales activities and post-sales project oversight and implementation required to ensure customer success.

Job requirements include the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales engineer role, engaging external customers and experience in solution-selling
  • Minimum of 3 years consulting delivery or project management experience of large or complex implementations
  • Knowledge of HP Openview or Peregrine products
  • Ability to support business development efforts including sales support, proposal writing, public speaking
  • Strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer experience and service
  • Clear and concise communication to customers and internal staff (written and verbal)
  • Approximately 50% travel

Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of practical experience managing complex technology implementations related to IT operational support and maintenance. The position is responsible for delivering projects within established scope, budget, and timeline. Candidates should be PMI, 6 Sigma or CMMI certified. ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred. Travel is required.

Job requirements include the following:

  • A strong track record in managing large scale technical implementations
  • Background/experience in IT Service Management, Asset Management or related operational IT support.
  • A solid understanding of client/server applications, three-tier, and WEB architectures
  • Experience managing multiple projects in multiple environments
  • Familiarity with relational database platforms

We are seeking ITIL Consultants with PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE to develop and implement ITIL processes. We require someone with previous Fortune 500, Big 5 or similar experience. The successful candidate will participate in a wide range of IT and process related consulting engagements. These projects may include assessment, requirements definition and solution design as related to key ITIL areas. Travel is required.

The successful candidates will be comfortable leading customers through the AssetCenter requirements/design process and the implementation/tailoring of AssetCenter. Candidates should be knowledgeable of IT Asset Management processes. Travel is required.

Job requirements include the following:

  • A strong track record in successfully leading/completing AssetCenter implementations
  • 3+ years implementing and tailoring AssetCenter
