This major retailer was a long-time HP ServiceCenter™ customer and a veteran of automating compliance for regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley using ITIL and CobiT™ best practices. Earlier projects had focused on reducing risk during the Change Management process by developing a consistent, streamlined enterprise Change Management process, organizing technical 'silos' in a way that enabled them to work together in a coordinated fashion and establishing a centralized Change Advisory Board. This approach contributed to a successful Sarbanes Oxley audit and also streamlined and improved the enterprise Change Management process.
