Note the following on after-hours support:

  • After-hours support is for Severity 1 (system down) issues only
  • Customers without an Evergreen ASMP-S support contract will be charged $550 per incident per call, which includes the first two hours of work
  • Subsequent time on after-hours support for customers without ASMP-S contracts will be billed at $275 per hour
